Do you take custom orders?

I would love to take custom orders. I plan to be ready to take orders in May/June

How should I care for my custom doll?

To maintain the quality of your custom doll, it is recommended to keep it in a dry environment away from direct sunlight. Regular dusting with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to moisture will help preserve its appearance. Please handle with care as these are collector dolls and should not be handled the way you would handle a toy.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! I offer international shipping to various countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination. Please note customers are responible for any customs charge and I am not responsible for any delivery delays.

What is your return policy for dolls?

Due to the handcrafted nature of my dolls, i do not accept returns on custom orders. However, if there is a defect or issue with a standard doll, you may contact me within 7 days of delivery.

How long will shipping take?

I ship from the UK

Ready dolls will be shipped within 3 days. Delivery timeframe depends on the destination and the shipping option you choose.

UK customers, once your order is shipped delivery is within 2 days

International customers, once your order is shipped delivery can take up to 2 weeks
